Project Description
Expand the Minneapolis City Attorney's Office Community Attorney Program by creating a community prosecution model for the 100 most chronic livability, drug and property crime offenders in Downtown Minneapolis and to create an alternative response for applicable low level criminal behaviors, utilizing outreach workers instead of law enforcement.
