Project Description

The City of Minneapolis is seeking proposals through an RFP to create, implement and administer a residential energy efficiency program that will include a revolving loan fund. The program will be targeted at individuals and families who are not eligible for the Low Income Weatherization Program now operated by Community Action of Minneapolis. The program will be a partnership with local neighborhood organizations and other community-based organizations.
