The City of Minneapolis created seven strategies when seeking American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars. "Promote Regional Competitiveness" helps guide dollars toward initiatives that strengthens the local economy in the region. Jobs-based loans, economic development, tax incentives and other programs all serve to make Minneapolis a great place to do business. Minneapolis leverages American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars to ensure we remain competitive for future generations.
